Etienne Lurette

Etienne, who holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the Université de Moncton, worked at the Department of Social Development for 32 years. A passionate case manager, he was involved in the pre-employment program of the Atelier seconde chance from its inception in 2014. Currently retired, Etienne led the committee that developed the Light Program; a task that aims, among other things, to enable the homeless to find new meaning in their lives. Etienne, a board member, has acted as a consultant for the Programme Lumière since its launch in September 2022.
